Return & Exchange Policy

At AYVAH, we follow a very customer-friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or issues. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish before confirming your order, including fabric, design, measurements, or anything else that helps you make your decision. We would love to assist you.

You agree that there may be certain categories of products/items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

  • No refund/exchange for fancy items & accessories.
  • No refund/exchange for size-related issues.

To report damage, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery along with a mandatory parcel opening video for verification.

Once your return request is verified, we will send you a fresh piece of the same design. If the product is unavailable, a credit note of the same amount will be provided, valid for 30 days.

Returnable Items

  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • Items should not be worn.
  • Items must be in original condition.

Kindly note that sale items and orders received from overseas are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No cancellations are allowed.
  • No refunds are entertained.
